The work.

Some of the clients we’ve worked with longest, what we do for them, and how it works day to day.

Started with a website · grew a second brand

Crose Mechanical

An HVAC company that hired us for a website and SEO eight years ago. Once ads were in the mix they did their job, but the offer behind them was holding things back.

  • Brand & site
What we do for them

We told them, and instead of buying more ads they went with a better offer: a premium membership club with its own name and site. We built both, and the same crew runs the campaigns, so the ads and the club always match.

The result

The club has its own brand and site now, and the campaigns point at an offer people actually want.

What we learned: sometimes a better offer does more than a bigger ad budget.

Seven branches, one number

Nicol Insurance

An insurance brokerage with seven offices and a lot going on: a website, intake forms, video, and campaigns. They didn't want four different vendors to keep it all moving.

The mix
  • Everything, one number
  • Website & custom tools
  • Video & content
  • Campaigns
What we do for them

It all sits with us: the main site, the custom tools behind it (client intake, marketing questionnaires), a broker video program shot with their own people, and the campaigns that point at all of it. When something new comes up, it comes to us instead of turning into a search for another vendor.

The result

Their marketing runs without them having to carry it. The brokers are still the voice, their team stays in the loop, and nobody has to re-explain the to-do list to a new vendor.

Years together · beyond Grey-Bruce

York Region CBT

A psychotherapy practice near Toronto, and a client we've grown with over the years.

The mix
  • Google Ads
  • Website updates
  • Outreach campaigns
What we do for them

It started with supporting their Google Ads, and it's grown from there into website updates and outreach campaigns. The ads get worked on weekly, with a written report on the 15th of every month.

The result

Over the years we've tightened the tracking so the reports count what their front desk actually sees. Not every month is an up month, and when one isn't, the report says so and says why.

Website + seasonal campaigns · since 2015

Sydenham Sportsmen's Association

A hunting and fishing club with two big fundraisers a year, and a website that has to sell memberships, move tickets, and actually work for the members.

The mix
  • Website & online store
  • Seasonal campaigns
  • Newsletter
  • Print
What we do for them

We built the site and we've been building on it ever since: the store, the forms, the year-round upkeep. Every spring, the Facebook Ad campaigns start across Ontario, the Boat Draw first, then the Salmon Spectacular derby, with the same crew on the same timing every year. In between, there's the monthly newsletter and the annual magazine ad.

The result

Eleven years later we're still at it. The site has grown with the club, and the derby campaign gets re-booked every spring, seven seasons in a row now.

Loucks Law

A law firm that wants to be the obvious call when somebody in the county needs a lawyer. That takes time and steady work.

The mix
  • Website
  • Search
  • Ads
What we do for them

The same people handle their site, search, and ads every month, so each one builds on the others. Nothing gets handed off to a junior, and nothing has to start over.

The result

Seven years in, renewed every term. When they had a tight year, we shrank the plan to fit instead of pushing, and they're still with us.

Website, then ads · since 2026

KDG Plumbing

A plumbing company that needed the whole starting kit: a website that could carry ads, and then the ads themselves.

The mix
  • Website
  • Google Ads
  • Facebook & Instagram
What we do for them

They did discovery through the portal, and we built the site from their answers. We held off on ad spend until the site was ready to catch the traffic. Then the Google and Meta ads went out in our usual order (awareness, then leads, then retargeting), using their own job photos.

The result

They're the newest account on this page. The site is live, the campaigns are rolling out on schedule, and we judged month one on awareness, since that's what month one was for.

What we learned: ads point at the site, so the site goes first.

Plumbers, HVAC companies, law firms, insurance brokers, landscapers, associations, retail. Mostly Grey-Bruce, some further out. Most of them are established and busy, and they'd rather call one number than manage four agencies.
