Gem Webb started twelve years ago and grew one referral at a time. Along the way it got obvious that businesses around here didn't want a separate website guy, ads guy, and video guy. They wanted one crew that sees the whole picture, and one number to call.
So that's what we built. The core is two people, on purpose. We use technology to do the work a bigger shop would hire for, which keeps your costs down, and nothing gets handed down to a junior, because there isn't one.

Creative Director & CEO
Gem runs the creative side and is usually the one sitting next to you. He handles strategy and client relationships, and he thinks marketing should feel human. He's got twenty-plus years behind him, from Toronto digital studios and IMAX work to teaching digital media and running content for Bruce County Tourism. If he can market a whole county, imagine what he can do for your single business!
Bob Campbell
Technical Architect
Bob handles the technical side: sites, servers, tracking, and the systems that hold it together. He asks a lot of questions, finds the gaps, and makes sure every recommendation has a process behind it that actually works.
And the bench behind us.
Twelve years in one region builds a good phone book. When your job needs more hands, we bring in videographers, photographers, designers, or extra help on ads, all people we've worked with for years. We manage them and it all lands on one invoice, so you only pay for a bigger crew when the work actually needs one.
The shop.
We're local. We run into our clients at the grocery store, so every plan we write has to be one we can defend in the checkout line. We make money by making your business run better.
