Saugeen Shores Campground Website Redesign
Kenorus Campground & RV Resort is an iconic Saugeen Shores campground location on highway 21 who under new ownership decided it was time to refresh their website in order to bring more awareness to potential campers, trailer owners as well as their lots for sale.
The first stage was to freshen up the existing website content while aligning styles and colours to help showcase the Kenorus brand. As we developed the website we ensured testing on all devices as we noted that a large percentage of their users come from mobile devices. We also added listing functionality to help Kenorus to better showcase their sites and trailers making is easy to add and remove anytime they had a campground update. The client also decided on a 6 month editorial calendar to help increase their exposure towards people looking for things to do across Saugeen Shores; and if you’re a website in todays marketplace we all know you need a blog to assist in bringing in more leads. Finally, this website contract was at the start of fall we recommended an onsite photoshoot. We got some spectacular photos, that highlighted the features of the camp and resort for years to come.
Taking advantage of Kenorus’ already eye catching logo and branding, we modernized and streamlined their mobile friendly website on an extra secure HTTPS domain(we now include this for all hosting clients to help protect them from website attacks). The result is an easy to use and visually appealing website accessible from all platforms that is now optimized for their target market business keywords.
